This is one of my favourite picnic or even parties savoury nibbles. Ingredients are as follow:-
Dry Ingredients
2 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fine ground cardamon
1/2 tsp fine ground Mahaleb seeds
1 sachet of yeast (7 g)

Wet Ingredients
2 medium eggs
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp Butter Ghee (melted)
1/2 cup milk

Filling
350 g Feta cheese
(preference Bulgarian goats cheese) stronger in flavour & texture. Drain from water crumble roughly then add around 70 grams of sun dried tomato's
(drained & dried), grilled peppers.
Additional to taste I add three green seedless chillies finely diced & 1/2 tsp salt. Final ingredient is one beaten egg (egg wash) for brushing on top & sesame seeds or black cumin seeds.
Preparation sift all dry ingredients, then add your liquid ingredients of 2 beaten eggs with oil & butter ghee. Mix & while mixing add warm milk just above body temperature with yeast & pour it to mix. Start kneading the dough as on a flat surface with a bit of flour until soft & stretchy. In you bowl rub the surface with oil & put your dough cover with a rub of oil & seal it with cling film tightly & let it proof for at least 45 to one hour until the dough has doubled in size.

Cover your baking trays with parchement or greaseproof paper to protect your tray from sticking egg wash. After the dough has doubled in size its time to fill with your fillin, take small balls & flatten/stretch to fit your filling. Seal at the bottom firmly making sure no gaps & round it to become a ball.
Once you finish with all, let again the dough to rest then with brush cover the top with egg wash & sesame.
Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees as for fan oven preferable 180 c. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden in colour & remove.
